Don’t take up MTN wifi contracts!!! RUN!!!

I have a WiFi contract with them and since June the router hasn’t been working, tried various departments and they are useless, the customer service is horrible… Agents hang up on you or transfer you around. Was told to take it to my nearest MTN store and It’s been a over month, no communication or feedback. When you call they give you false information… MTN is honestly the worst!!! Don’t take WiFi contracts with them. Now it’s been 4 months paying for something that hasn’t been working! Your service is **********!
