Don't take out a contract with MTN unless you want to pay for things you don't know!!

Don't take out a contract with MTN unless you want to be ****med of your money and receive the worst customer service when you call them to query. I had a contract with MTN but stopped using the sim card a year before the contract ended, however, as soon as I told MTN I wanted them to cancel the contract that same month I was charged 3X my normal charges for data I didn't use called to query they can see I didn't use the sim card for a year but they still used the data after I just told them I want to cancel the contract when the called me to upgrade. Worst of all my sim card had an R0.00 limit on what can be used above what was offered with the contract, I was informed anyone can change that with no authentication needed.
