Don't take MTN month to month contract

The service is terrible from your Chatsworth centre branch The terms and conditions for your month to month contract wasn't explained properly.they told us the pro rata was an advance which we thought we'd get back at the end of the contract or would be paid towards the last month.also I cancelled my MTN month to month contract and when I did I was told that the R429 wouldn't be refunded and it goes towards my account which I was told I have to pay another R429 further for the next month although the router was returned to MTN so in total I was billed for one month of the MTN month to month contract R1287 which is ridiculous to say the least.also the speeds was promised after fup was 5mbps unlimited which we didn't get.we where getting 0.50mbps.mtn reduced there speeds without informing it's customers through the month of April but according to an email we got the speeds changes come in effect through may but it was reduced from April.
