Dont take MTN Contract because they will **** you your hard earned money

I have a contract with mtn. I paid my account via mtn app for the second time now. And it does not reflect that i paid my account when i call mtn customer care the ask to send proof of of payment. Then i send it. Mtn call centre agent are so *********** they lack peoblem solving skills. Even if you can go to mtn shop. They also fail to deal with serious quiries. And whats worse is you. Have no where to report their incompetence. I hate Mtn. And i advise anyone else who thinks of taking a contract with them to think twice because mtn is no longer a good company but a bunch of **********.
