DON'T TAKE MTN CONTRACT

MTN is a ****, i took out a phone contract which ended on the 11/06/2024, i made countless calls and emails to MTN retention giving my notice before the 30days and nobody contacted me, until last week i called and i was advised to upgrade my contract, to which i took a contract for R119.00 from the phone contract of R423.00 but my issue now is that MTN debited the phone amount with an extra meaning they debited R442.00 which i don't understand because they were supposed to debit the amount for the data and minutes not the phone because the phone I'm done with it, MTN doesn't want to close account, its a **** don't take a contract with them because now you cant even go to the store to close instead they want you to call and nobody picks.don't take MTN CONTRACT. DON'T create stress for yourself.they **** people.
