Don't take insurance with MTN. Absolute nightmare!

Remind me never to take up insurance with MTN (underwritten by Santam). I submitted a claim on the 28th of August 2025 regarding my phone which has a damaged charging port. Only for them to reply on the 30th August advising that my claim has been declined as it does not meet the insurance conditions to constitute a claim. The All Risk cover apparently covers physical damage & a damaged charging port is not physical damage. What a lot of hogwash. After paying the policy for almost 3 years. I'm cancelling the insurance & moving to another service provider.
