Dont take a contract with mtn,its a trap

MTN have made it impossible when cancelling a contract with them,the service agents will ask you 10 security checks and put you on hold for minutes and transfer you to another department which will put on hold again and ask 10 security questions again just to fustrate a customer.I am not renewing any of my contracts with these people, the service agents are so rude that its unbelivable.I have been a customer for more than 9 years with more than one contract with them but this nonsense i cant deal with it.Their network is so bad that you can barely do anything with your smart phone, as for the data contract it just finishes so that u buy more data.Its unbelivable
