Don't take a contract with MTN

Never take a contract with mtn I'm still in a contract I don't want cause they are robbing us to make profit. My contract ended 29 November 2025 a month before I called to tell them I did not wish to continue with the contact but was struggling to get through a consultant that's part of their strategy they don't answer the call for cancelations December finally spoke to consultant that did not help told me I failed the security questions because they changed my adress on the system luckily I still had my contract.And the person in the store told me to give them that incorrect adress they have on the system if I really want my contract canceled what a ****
