Dont take a contract at MTN

Mtn has been nothing but a disappointment since November 2020. I tried to do my upgrade over the phone since I gave birth days before the black Friday special. I did the upgrade and that was a huge disaster. I needed to cancel that upgrade due to an *********** employee.

By the 14th of December MTN loads data from my previous package which already expired. By the 28th they deduct R1600 where I use to pay R470 for that and now they dont want to help resolve this issue cause it's really not my fault
