Don’t sign with MTN they commit ***** with our account and never investigate

Terrible, disgusting service ever! My phone has been closed for 4 months now after I reported ***** in December that was done by one of the MTN employees on my number. I logged a call with MTN in January today it’s April and nothing has been done and my number still closed. I have been MTN contract customer since 2009 and never missed a payment since but the way MTN is doing their business I wouldn’t wish anyone sign up with them it’s disgusting. I have tried complaining on instagram, twitter and on phone no one was able to help. I went to MTN Carlton Center, Sandton City and Head office I would personally recommend those employees to get proper train coz they know nothing they more of sales people than customer service assistants. Mall of Africa MTN helped with logging ticket ***.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this don’t get responded to. I am keeping this ticket logged because I am currently seeking legal advice regarding all this. I was supposed to finish this contract in January next year n I have been paying normally without missing a payment now you not resolving issues n you ruining my credit score
