Don't sign up for contracts, they'll ***** your money

Don't sign up for contracts, they will debit you beyond the cancellation date and after notice.

I returned the router and the shop cancelled my contract in September and the shop approved it. I was debited in October due to the notice period, no problem, part of the deal.

They continued debiting me in November and December. I went to the store and called the call centre immediately, I was assured it'd be handled I was still debited in December.

The call center blamed the shop, the shop blamed the call center....I went back and forth with no luck

It is now February and I am still waiting.....if I didn't pay them for 4 months they'd have debt collectors and lawyers after me.
