Don’t purchase contract products !!!!!

Worst service ever. MTN doesn’t rate me and especially as a customer. Imagine spending 6 months paying for a contract you can’t use?? They have been useless both in store as well as over the phone. I keep getting the same response that my number is rica’d yet when I tell and show them the error message that it’s rica barred they too are confused. I called in last week and was told that the matter has been escalated. I received an email saying my query has been resolved. Once again I check and it’s still the same UNRESOLVED!!!. I will never get anything from them ever again ‼️🚮
