Don't Order MTN phones online

I have had absolutely terrible service from MTN while trying to upgrade my contract online. MTN was very Quick to approve my upgrade but the nightmare started when I was to get my phone delivered. 3 days went past waiting to get the delivery date and no one contacted me, I eventually called and made arrangements for the next Monday and they said they will deliver between 9am and 11am, that Monday morning I called to confirm that I must still wait around for delivery, there was nothing on the system about my delivery and I was told they would call me back shortly, I waited a couple hours and called back when I realized no one was going to call me back. I spent at least 30 min on the phone with and MTN consultant who said the MTN courier was saying they cant get a hold of me. just then I get an sms saying that the delivery was a failed attempt, I'm not sure how because there were 5 people on the property and no one saw anyone at the gate. MTN then assured me that the phone would be delivered the next day. Sure enough the phone arrived promptly the next day, the delivery guy took a couple pictures of my licence and whatsapped them to someone he then asked me to whatsapp a picture of my ID to the person because his phone didn't take good enough pictures, now I have been standing outside in the cold for at least 20 minutes. apparently we waiting for an sms from mtn. no sms is arriving on my phone. So the driver says it just unfortunate that there isn't any sms arriving but he has other stuff to do and he cant give me the phone. I have never ever has such poor service from a service provider before, I even get better service from my municipality.
