Don’t not us MTN for cellphone contract, you will end up with depression and distorted life

Even now my problem has not been resolved I have a paid up letter and proof of payment from guard risk insurance yet MTN refuses to clear my name

After the mistake was on their side for billing me even after cancellation of insurance with interest.their legal department is useless, they respond after a month, they don’t even offer solutions

They don’t have an office where you can go to

I am even considering legal action because I am now black list because of their incompetence when I have not missed any payments

Stay away from MTN is you don’t want depression and headaches
