DON'T MIGRATE FOR MTN. IT'S A HUGE ****!

Hi, I was called by MTN services to tell me that my package was no longer supported. I was to migrate to a different package with the same data/calls etc but available anytime. I agreed, but now that the migration has been done, I have been put on a package with 1/4 the benefits that I had. There is no way anyone of sound mind would agree to this! To add to it, the first time I called, I was told that it cannot be fixed over the phone. I have to go into the store. I went into the store and was told I have to fix this on the phone! I have called MTN 3 times and have been given different phone numbers to call to fix this - but - wait - nobody answers the phone!? I have called 9 different times and each time the call eventually drops after not being answered! MTM, IS THIS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS?!
