Don't lie to customers

Very deceptive selling tactics that MTN uses. I almost ended up being charged a whole lot more than what was described to me. When I went into the MTN store, the teller nonchalantly said that I should have not trusted the MTN caller?! What kind of company has its own employees discrediting their colleagues and shifting the blame on the customer.
