Mtn south africa sales agent by tge name Abigail Maduray promised me to stop a debt order which knew between me and her l had no phone.

I have evidence of that information via email Up to now my account was successfully debited for 3 years yet l dont have the device promise after promise still nothing changed . Anyone who can help please
