Don't know where to turn
Placed a purchase for a handset online. Paid Cash. Received handset 1 - Incorrect color 2 - Packaging damaged - was not the courier was shipped like that! 3 - New phone and the handset is blacklisted!
Have spent about an hr on the phone trying to resolve and have got no where. When you phone customer care you passed to various departments only to be told they can't assist telephonic-ally as the purchase was done online!
MTN seriously!!!!
