Dont know what they promoting

I received a sms from stating to call MTN direct for my upgrade and i will receive 10gb of data a month fro 3 months,i asked for a Samsung Note 5 on Top up 200 contract and then asked the consultant about the data offering,she said no she doesnt know,i came through to wrong place,thereafter another consultant says im also in wrong place and doesnt know about this i must go to retentions then they cut the call!!!!
