Don't just don't!

If I could give less I would. My account is a victim of ***** someone using my account to order new SIM cards and order new contracts. I phone countless times and emailed with very little to no help. They said they will block the transactions and I need to call back the next day to see if it's been closed only to find out they approved the accounts!!!! You have to go out of your way to get them to investigate the "*****" and then to find out while this person continues to make a mess of your name that it will take them 5 business days! Cannot believe this level of service!
