Dont join mtn they *****s

Good day to all who read this since it seems that im not geting my money back atleast i can make the incedent that happened to me public so that i would hopefully be the last person this happens to. If u thinking about joining the mtn group dont they *****s and dont know what they doing or how to follow up on queries even avter i present proof they insist on that there is no isue. Here is what happened: I downgraded my contract deu to the pandemic when my upgrade time came up so this was done and activated on 30 june 2020 so come jully the stilled billed me for my previous package even though thier app say i paid for jully R639 but on my bank statement the deducted R1799 but they billed me correctly how if i show u the proof u still say u billed me corectly im done with MTN and hope this review saves someone els the burden of ever joining MTN. I am canceling my contract and joining another provider becuse u are *****s in my eyes and dont support or condone *********.
