DONT GO WITH MTN

As soon as my contract is over I will never go with MTN again, the customer service I received is ****....... when calling and asked to select opt 0 you told invalid entry.......when calling *** you can just hear the staff is not interested and not helpful, transfers calls while you still talking..... in the 6 months I worked with 2 beautiful ladies however the rest of them are assholes who dont deserve there salary. sent a complaint to *** and 2 months later know response...... I can now understand why the staff is lazy...... its because the head of there department is lazy. I can just kick myself for taking a contract with MTN.
