DONT GO to MTN Store - Cavendish Glen 12c

I went on the 18th of December 2018 @ 12:13pm, The cancel the internet off my phone because I owe them R65.00 still I dont know what is for. I asked the black guy to please assist me and he just looked at me , finally he help me but with attitude and he was so rude and moaning at me and I said to him to give me attitude and be rude to me I am a client and you are suppose to help me. He said he so called turn the network back on in 5min. I waiting and waiting and nothing. I finally called the MTN store at mtn bonaero park who helped me with no problems....

So my advise is not to go to this store they are full of **** and dont give a **** about the customers. :(:(
