Don't get the internet I pay for.

I rely 100% on MTN for internet connectivity. I have multiple contracts for data and voice.

4G is okay most of the time, but during loadshedding periods the internet goes down completely. This happens 2-3 hours before the area is loadshedded (the internet is on while my home is loadshedded).

This means that I spend half day with no Internet and half day with no power.... It's impossible to get anything done.

My question to MTN is this: why do you not have backup systems in place to ensure service during loadshedding?

This is unacceptable.
