DONT GET MTN INSURANCE

I have insurance with MTN and its the worst, I have paid every premium for the past 2 years without any hassle and needed to claim this year for my screen to be repaired, they picked up my phone on 6 July and to date 3 weeks later not a word from them. If I Took it to the Istore it would have been repaired in a day, awful experience, just want my phone back so can cancel this insurance and be done with these people
