Don’t get MTN cellphone insurance

I tried cancelling MTN’s Epic insurance in April 2018. Later during that year, I phoned in again and cancelled it. Despite this, R149 has been deducted from my bank account every single month and it doesn’t seem that I can get out of it. MTN now owes me more than R6100. This is absolutely ridiculous!
