Don't get into contracts with Mtn you will regret it!

Why is it so difficult to cancel an mtn contract? They always come up with excuses to keep their contract. I have been trying to cancel their router contract since 15December but they keep sending me from pillar to post. Can someone from cancellation dept in Mtn tell me why they keep people on ransom.
