Dont get an MTN contract

MTN consultant instead of canceling my contract upgraded my contract and got the device delivered to herself and MTN did nothing about it even with my affidavit and all the things they required from me. Instead, they put me on hold for hours from March 2022 till now, apparently I now owe them for a contract that ended in March. Dont get a contract with them. They use third party agents who are ****** and they will use your details to do ***** and no one from MTN will ever help you.
