DON'T GET A CONTRACT WITH MTN - THEY DON' T KNOW WHAT THEY DOING

PATHETIC. 2 months of calling MTN to resolve a query that sat on my account for months affecting my credit record! Which was not even my fault! Call center agents all give different answers as to turnaround time, non of which is met! They don't even know what MTN numbers work any more. It's been the worse experience of my life getting then to pass the credit. I am ALWAYS the one to call. They promise a call back or an email, and NOTHING.

If you want to get an MTN contract, DONT DO IT - they don't even know how to correctly input an email address on their system!
