Don't expect service
Very poor service from MTN !! Downgraded my contract by not selecting a new phone and "building" my own contract. For 5 days everything was fine. Then on the 13th of October all my voice and sms's dissapeared. Went to my local MTN store logged a issue and then 2 days later MTN just closed the e-ticket without resolving the issue.
Now I've been without voice and SMS's this whole time. Makiny my life super unpleasant.
Considering to closing the account. Such poor service !
