Dont expect any help or service

Problems with mtn is countless. I think everyone should move away from mtn. Emails to customer care and complaints never get rep**** to. I renewed my contract, with a phone trade in. 4 months now I am being charged full price, and they have no record of the phone I traded in and can't find the paper work. And every month they cutting off my account without warning as my contract set on cash and shouldn't be. Every month after they block it I have to go to them and tell them to make sure it's going through debit order but same issue over and over. And I'm being way over charged. Furthermore the contract I did took 3 hours to do. Now to sort this issue out I have to wait hours again and still issue isn't sorted out. I could go on with the issues with support from all areas.
