Don’t every sign up for promotional contracts!

I am honestly speechless at this stage! If I could give a minus 5 I would’ve. I have been struggling since FEBRUARY to get my issue resolved. Now I must happily pay MTN every month without getting the contract value. How is this fair?? I had numerous queries raised just for it to be closed again without resolving anything. Now feedback, every time you need to speak to a different person just for them to raise the issue to the useless sales department. How difficult is it to load 100minutes per month!?
