Don’t Ever take out a contract with MTN. It’s a bind for life

Iv been trying to cancel my MTN contract and move to pre paid. I have 3 numbers with MTN. Iv tried a number of times to get through to MTN. I eventually was directed to Paul Mthembu from retentions. Iv sent him a number of mails since the 2nd of April. He reverts that he will get back to me. It’s the 26th. Iv tried for 3 months to cancel my contract. This is ridiculous.
