Don’t ever take a contract with MTN.

If there was a zero option I would tick that one. The “service champions” have bad attitude and they never put you through to the right department. Cancels department always drops their calls and never give the correct information. I’ve wanted to cancel my Contract from May and I was told I can’t cancel because my contract ends 6 June. On the 7th of June when I called they said I cannot cancel because I need to give them 30day notice. I told them that I am giving the notice now. On the 26th of June I was debited again. When I called I was told that my contract was only due to cancel from the 28th. July I was Debited again … apparently this is my “last” payment. Mind you I haven’t been using this data sim for 6 months because of poor network.
