Don't ever sign up with MTN - it's impossible to cancel!

MTN have made it impossible to cancel our contract by refusing to accept emailed cancellations and only via the 135 line which is never answered. MTN is now charging more than double our initial fee. By refusing to accept our cancellation requests via their systems which appear to de designed to fail, we consider this to be *****.
