DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH MTN.

Hi All.

Just a little note to everyone looking for a contract. DONT EVER USE MTN SERVICE. Its by Far the worst service on this planet.

Received a new contract in January. March they call me for a delivery address for a Free smart watch. 2 months later no smart watch in sight to be delivered. Called every MTN number i could find. The staff member said i need to claim it from the store. Drove to the store. No one can assist me.

Then, (dumb me) took out another contact with them. Phone to be delivered today between 8 and 12.30 - Followed up 12.30 - The driver changed his schedule. I had to leave to work by 1.30 - MTN made an error and cant deliver to my place of work. Escalations called me and said they will deliver tomorrow definitely between 10 and 12 or tonight between 6 and 7pm. The driver call me now letting me know he cant deliver tomorrow. and 6pm tonight is too late. I asked him to get his manager to call me, that never happened. i called the driver back ***6 HE GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND DROPPED THE CALL IN MY EAR. ITS the WORST service i have ever experienced. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH MTN.
