Don't even bother signing any contracts with MTN, you'll never get out of it.

If i could give negative reviews I would. I took a 2 year contract back in 2021 and it came to an end in May 2023. MTN kept debiting money, I sent an email asking for the account to be closed because I will not be continuing with the service. Until this day, that has not been resolved is been beyond a year of me trying to fix the issue, when I call them they tell me they see problem on their side and will be fixing but these are just stories at this point and it's affecting my credit score at this point. Upset doesn't even begin to explain how I feel about this whole situation. Save yourself the headache and don't get a phone contact with MTN.
