Don't do online contracts with MTN.

Six months ago I was called by an online agent of MTN, Ester Maghlatsi to upgrade my cell phone contract online. I ask her 4 4 handsets and 2 smart watches. It was settled, they will deliver in 3 days. The next day a courier delivered only 4 hand sets. I called Ester back, she at first said she will buy me the 2 outstanding handset. I said no. Then she told me to go to OR Thambo and cancel the 2 phones on the contract. I did that with in 5 days. I am paying for that contract 4 phones for 6 months now, but only have 2 handsets. I also had 1000 minutes on the previous contract which disappeared. Don't do online contracts via MTN 3rd parties.
