Don't do business with MTN

MTN customer service and IT systems are a mess. I need to downgrade a number in my name for personal reasons during the lockdown. MTN is unable to provide the cost for a downward migration. Have been to three stores, spoken with 135 (billing, cancellations, sales) and customer complaints and nobody provides the cost of a downward migration. There is nobody to escalate the issue too. Yet, the bills keep coming.
