Don't deal with mtn

I'm so frustrated with mtn I have logged a request with mtn complaints department 2022-06-07 for a refund as I was being charged after my contracted was canceled it took almost 3 months of them to resolve the query and get back to me advising that a refund will be done and funds to be reflected in 10 days that was on the 2022-09-12 where once again a month later no refund and no replys to my email its pathetic the serivce I get yet close to 8 years with them I didn't miss one payment ***
