DONT DARE TAKE CONTRACT WITH MTN, ****EN ****ERS

I regret the day i took contract with mtn, the level of incompetence with the staff is alarming they show no interest in resolving client issues. Taking a contract is the biggest my biggest regret. I have been sent to from pillar to post with regards to my cancelation of my expired paid up cellphone contract, even though i have sent countless emails wishing to cancell my contract, the still continue to bill me every month, even i have stated i do not want their services they continue to bill and refuse cancell my contract. Now hit me with a bill of over R500 for an expired contract.
