Don’t choose this network ever

I hate choosing this network for my home internet, since I have started with them I have never missed a payment it’s a nightmare getting through to an agent, I called their coverage department they told me I am suspended have been trying to get through to the contract department nothing, they drop calls, I am frustrated have never missed a payment, I need to understand why I’m suspended and don’t have internet connection
