Don't care about their clients

They call me to upgrade my package then put me on a package that doesn't allow me to add voice minutes I then spend 20min for my call to be answered then someone says they will escalate the matter.

Few days go by still no call or fix to the matter.

I call again I get put on hold for a long time again I complain about the same thing they say they will resolve the matter it will be escalated again its now been another 3 weeks and still no fix my contract will be ending soon and I will be saying goodbye to mtn after 23 years good riddance this is the final straw.
