Dont buy MTN fixed LTE!!!

I have been having the worst experience with MTN fixed LTE. Their sales team will say whatever they need to get the sale. Then when they have your money and when you bring up what was said on a recorded call, they tell that is not their policies. When you walk into an MTN branch to get assistance, they tell you the stores are individually operated thus they cant help you. I requested a product cancellation in January, they are still deducting from my account 3 months later. I have requested copies of my sales calls and other interactions with MTN agents, my requests are simply ignored. Tried calling to escalate the issue, i keep getting bounced from pillar to post. The product is sub par and the customer experience even worse. If I could give no stars, i would. It doesnt take 3 months to listen to calls and process a request! Maybe because im a PoC and our voices are not loud enough.
