DON'T BUY BOOSTER PACKAGES FROM MTN - YOU PAY - THEY DON'T DELIVER

BAD BAD BAD Service!!! I updated my contract on 19 February 2017 to a "MTN made for me M" with a booster of 100 extra minutes. I received my new minutes on the 21st of Feb, WITHOUT THE BOOSTER ! I went back to my nearest branch to query (very friendly and helpful staff :) ). Two day later I received a SMS that indicate that the query has been resolve, ref: 1- ********** 5584. But still I did not received my 100 booster minutes. New query , ref ********** 26 Still no booster minutes New Query , ref: ********** 35 Still no booster minutes Log it at CYBIL with ref 1- ********** 9643 STILL NOT BOOSTER MINUTES!!!! But MTN did took the booster premium from my bank account!!!
