dont answer calls
Every time I phone mtn I end up holding the line for at least 20 minutes until someone answers. Its worse than phoning goverment institutions. I phoned today at 5.30 and after being cut off after holding for 31.25 minutes I tried again and held on for another 35 minutes. Its unacceptable as I pay for your services to be availsble when I need it as part of my contract. I dont have to be your client there are other service providers
