Done with MTN

At this stage I am DONE with MTN,as soon as my contract expires.

Everyday, I get a few messages saying "You missed a call from...." People are trying to reach me,customers, my family,friends etc. To them it just sounds as if my phone is switched off because they just get voice-mail. Other times,when I'm busy with a call,the call just drops.

The problem that I have is this, I am a workshop manager in the Agri sector,and if the customers cannot get hold of me, they will just phone another company,because at times it is crucial to minimize downtime. Them we as a business lose money,which means I lose money.

It is not just in loadshedding, sometimes it goes throughout the day. Many times when I get this message, someone with a Vodacom simcard will be standing next to me,without any signal problem.

I went to our nearby MTN,they said it could be the Truecaller app,so I removed it. The problem still goes on. Now they cannot give me an answer.

I do not know who to speak with about this,because of previous experience, it does not help to call the help line.
