Done with mtn and guardrisk

Back in 2016 I lodged a claim on a Samsung that was damaged. I'd sent it through response after what was 2 months phone was beyond repairs 2months later after several calls. Jump to 2020 very same replacement phone gets damaged. Tried sending it through to eventually find out that cover was not updated to then new device. I send through several old emails dating back 2016 when I made my first claim and replaced initial device on cover. it takes a month to update between mtn and guardrisk I'm told my claim is under review I'll have to wait another month. I've the dead device with me I'm told they'll be a pick up after review how long should I wait whiles paying monthly
