Done with mtn

After my post about mtn overcharging me. Nothing was done only sending the same reason over and over making as i am a lying and account up to date. Never had this problem and trusted them not keeping my cash payment slips. I was forsed to pay my account otherwise i would have been without a phone that works and cant pay it. I hope no one will trust them and be overcharged. I want them to fix my account of a extra month that i payed be payed back or credited. December im switching to vodacom dont make same mistake as me to trust mtn and then pay extra after you did for 7 rand being owed and then 307 after paying 50 rand for the 7 rand
