<p>A few months ago my handset went missing and I blacklisted it with MTN. Upon doing so I asked if I'll be able to unlist it should I find my handset, I was told that there would be no problem whatsoever. </p> <p>I managed to track my phone and it was recovered, all I had to do now was to get it operating again.</p> <p>I phoned MTN's call centre and was told I need to supply them with my ID and an affidavit before my line will be unblocked. </p> <p>It's been 3 weeks already and I'm still not able to use my phone. Every time I phone the call centre I get a new story as to why my phone is still blocked. </p> <p>What do I really need to do?</p>
